Water fountains are meant to hydrate, not horrify, but one California man decided to turn UC San Diego’s Price Center fountain into his own personal bathroom. Caught in broad daylight, this brazen display of bathroom rebellion left students stunned, grossed out, and thirsty for justice.
A video shared to social media shows the man wearing a grey hoodie and saggy black sweatpants, standing a little too close to the water fountain. His pants were pulled down far enough to make it more than obvious what was going on. In a brief but stomach-turning clip, the man appears to relieve himself right into the fountain before casually turning away.
Though he wasn’t identified, many speculated that he may have been homeless. Regardless of his background, the public spectacle wasn’t something UCSD students signed up for. The man didn’t walk away scot-free. According to campus chatter, UCPD responded shortly after the incident and arrested him. Whether he was booked for disorderly conduct, public indecency, or vandalism isn’t yet confirmed, but let’s be honest, he pretty much checked all those boxes with one disgusting move.

While most were so disgusted by the man’s nerve. We have to say that the comments on the Reddit video ranged from gross to comical.
