Kim Kardashian’s growing closeness with Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick is rubbing her sister the wrong way. According to insiders, Kim has been playing a major role in helping Scott “reinvent himself.” She reportedly sees him as family, believes in second chances, and feels protective of him as he tries to turn his life around. The two talk often, and National Enquirer insiders say she is constantly checking in on him, while he remains just as supportive of her in return.
But here is the problem. Kourtney is not buying into Scott Disick’s sudden need to change. In fact, those close to her allegedly reveal she finds it very annoying that Kim is spending so much time with Scott. As far as Kourtney is concerned, she claims Scott is nothing more than a smooth talker who knows how to manipulate situations to his benefit. She believes Kim Kardashian is falling for old tricks. However, at this time, but Kim isn’t backing down.

For Kim, Scott’s role as a father earns him major points. She doesn’t believe the entire family needs to cut him off simply because Kourtney says to do so. After all, Scott has remained a constant in the Kardashian fold even after their breakup years ago.
“She can see right through him and says he is just a master manipulator who knows how to say all the right things and kiss up to people to keep them sweet,” the source says.
Kourtney insists her chapter with Scott has been closed for a long time. The two share Mason, Penelope, and Reign, but she’s now fully immersed in her life with Travis Barker. The pair wed in 2022 and welcomed their son, Rocky, in late 2023. Making it clear her future no longer includes her ex.
However, Scott Disick remains firmly tied to the Kardashian family. So, to Kim Kardashian, that means something. Whether Kourtney likes it or not. It is no secret that the two sisters do not always see eye-to-eye on things.
While Kourtney may be sighing and rolling her eyes, Kim’s making it clear that her loyalty to Scott runs deep. This will likely cause even more friction within the family. But it is a chance Kim Kardashian seems willing to take.
