When going to a restaurant or even when a person is getting food delivered to their home, the expectation is that the cook, or the person bringing the food, will remain clean. However, that is sadly not always the case. Take this recently posted TikTok video for example. The clip has around 718K likes and 8.1 million views as this Florida woman catches a DoorDash driver itching his bare feet before picking up a customer’s food.
The TikTok video starts off with the woman already inside the restaurant. However, as she waits in line to order her food, a man can be seen leaning against a table wearing Crocs. Yet, right away, the viewer can see that something is wrong, as the Florida man has one shoe off and is itching his bare foot like crazy. Keep in mind, this is right before he is going to be handling a stranger’s food. The text on the screen then reads, “POV: When the DoorDasher won’t stop itching his feet before picking up someone’s food.” The clip’s caption also has the woman stating, “I was trying not to throw up. No more DoorDash for me.”
TikTok Reacts To Florida Woman’s Gross Encounter
The TikTok comment section was also up in arms after seeing this gross video, as many user would begin to flock to the video to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes. “I just canceled and deleted the app,” claimed one. Another wrote, “I don’t understand people who use DoorDash and those types of services.”
Somebody else then joked, “DoorDash is not in these comments, I see.” A different person’s comment also pointed out, “I only use DoorDash for the discount, I pick the food up myself.” Another view wrote, “I think this cured my DoorDash addiction.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “I’m very proud to say I have never used DoorDash ever in my life.”
The TikTok video would come to an end following this, however, as the Florida woman most likely had to go order her food. At the end of the day, this was certainly a gross encounter that seemingly has a lot of viewers thinking twice about ordering DoorDash ever again. Hopefully, this guy was just picking food up for himself, though. However, the internet may never know. Either way, maybe next time this guy should at least wait till he is back in his car before doing that.
