The most recent incident happened just before 2 a.m. on a Wednesday, when home surveillance captured the man standing outside a house, shirt awkwardly draped over his face, openly exposing himself while staring into a bedroom window, per NBC 6 Miami.
That detail alone is horrifying, but it’s worse knowing he’s targeted the same home multiple times. One mother, Eunicka Johenkins, has had enough. Her 21-year-old daughter has become the repeated target of this man’s twisted behavior, and the emotional toll has been significant.

“She’s not used to a man watching her body like that,” Johenkins said in a local interview. “Now, she won’t even wear girly clothes. That’s not normal.”
It’s the kind of trauma that lingers not just for the victim but for the entire household. Johenkins shared that her daughter has changed her entire style, opting for oversized, boyish clothes in hopes of staying under the radar. But that’s not a solution, and it’s certainly not how anyone deserves to live — in Florida or anywhere.
To make matters worse, this creep is persistent. Another video from back in June shows a man hopping a fence near the same home, again suspected of peeping. It’s not a one-time mistake. This is a pattern, and it has residents on high alert.
Johenkins has since installed blackout curtains and other precautions, but she’s haunted by the thought that her daughter isn’t the only one being watched.
