Graduating with any kind of college degree is an achievement worth celebrating. All that hard work, and long hours finally paying off has to be so rewarding. However, this recently posted TikTok video with around 30K likes and 427K views shows a large group of parents and family members completely ruining a Connecticut college graduation ceremony. Viewers get a front row seat to this insane graduation brawl as the clip continues to go viral online.
Unfortunately, it is unknown what caused such a disturbance in the first place. However, with that being said, the person recording the TikTok video was able to get a lot of the action on-camera. Social media users then look on as a massive brawl is taking place between family members and friends who were attending the Connecticut college graduation ceremony. Things are getting very heated in the stands as chairs are being thrown, as well as punches. As this occurs, many voices can be heard discussing the fight as they watch in horror.

The TikTok comment section also had a lot to say regarding this situation, as many users would hurry to leave behind their own thoughts and opinions. “I would never forgive my parents or family if they did this at my graduation,” said one. Another wrote, “Imagine this being your family.” “So disrespectful to the graduates,” pointed out one more. Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “What on earth are they fighting about?”
As the TikTok video goes on, a staff member can be heard talking on the microphone as they attempt to defuse the situation, as well as call for security. They can also be heard stating that they have never seen anything like this in their long career at this school. Although the pleas are to no avail, as the group of people in the stands clearly are out for blood. Finally, security can be seen stepping in, but the damage has already been done.
The clip would then start to come to an end following the security guards’ intervention. However, the rest of the crowd, who were not fighting, began to rain down boos on the small group of people who were getting active. At this point, the situation seems handled as the Connecticut families are being ushered out of the building. At the end of the day, this was a horrible showing by these spectators. Hopefully, nobody was seriously hurt during this brawl, and the others involved face the consequences of their actions.
