According to law enforcement, a homeowner called police after an unknown man allegedly forced entry into the property. The resident reportedly hid while waiting for officers to arrive.

The Windham arrest came only days after another incident in nearby Concord. On February 27, police were called to St. Paul’s School after reports of a disturbance in the dining hall. Authorities allege Allman was behaving erratically and causing disruption. He was arrested and charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct.
He was released on personal recognizance bail at the time. Meaning he did not have to post money, but agreed to appear for future court proceedings. This is not the first time Elijah Blue Allman has faced public battles.
