The brief clip, reportedly taken by a bystander near a local California liquor store, shows the woman standing on a sidewalk near the store’s entrance. Dressed in jeans, a maroon shirt, and a black and white hoodie. She holds a cigarette in her hand and carries a purse over her shoulder as she begins to urinate through her clothes, visibly soaking herself before the stream hits the pavement. A man behind the camera can be heard calling her out, saying, “That’s disgusting. Why would you do that?”
The incident occurred in a busy area where cars can be seen speeding by, and other shops are visible in the distance. She obviously didn’t try to hide the fact that she was urinating all over the sidewalk. The woman did nothing to cover herself or attempt to be stealthy in any way. She didn’t even pull her pants down.

“The way she tries to play it off is so strange. Like, you just did it in front of God and everyone. Own it,” a third person wrote. “This is why people who wear shoes inside the house scare me,” a fourth person commented. “Marking her territory,” joked another.
