According to E! Online, Scott and Sofia aren’t on stable ground at the moment. The pair are said to be taking some time apart while Disick figures out what is next for his life and his recovery. However, they’re not broken up either.

“She has been giving Scott space to figure out his next steps, but has consistently been supporting him. Their relationship has been 3 years of ups and downs, but she isn’t leaving him to the dust. She’s very loyal to Scott,” an insider close to the couple told the publication.
Scott reportedly checked himself into a treatment facility earlier this month. Speculation began to swirl that Disick may have been abusing alcohol and drugs. However, sources claim that he’s been suffering with his mental health due to trauma that he’s experienced in his life.
Sadly, not long after Scott checked into the facility a paparazzi photo of him at the center was published online and he immediately checked himself out of treatment.
