Bachelorette parties are supposed to be a fun night or trip that has the bride-to-be surrounded by her closest friends and family. However, for this Missouri woman, things turned out a little differently. While everyone who meant something seemed to be there, it’s what happened on the trip itself that has social media users rolling. A recently posted TikTok video shows the event as a gruesome injury, but it doesn’t put a damper on the party. The clip has around 23K views and 665K likes as it has officially hit viral status.
The TikTok starts off with a bang as the party has already started. However, the video also shows two women attempting a funny stunt. However, when one of them goes to jump into the other’s arms, disaster strikes. The Missouri woman who attempted to catch the other woman falls backward on top of her leg as a loud snap can be heard. A man can then be heard asking, “Did you just break your ankle?” Well, the woman in fact did break her ankle, and as shown in the video, it’s quite gross as she literally “Crushed” the trip.

However, the TikTok comment section found this pretty funny, as many would leave behind their own opinions on the matter. “I should not have watched this a second time,” wrote one. “I’d be so mad to be honest,” stated another. “The sound of the snap,” pointed out one more. One other comment read, “No one is talking about how the girl didn’t scream, cry, whimper, anything. That’s crazy.” Finally, one other hoped that the two were “Still best friends,” following this.
As the TikTok continues, the Missouri woman is transported to the hospital in the back of a van as she lies flat with her leg elevated. As she lies there, she is also dancing around and singing along to the music in the car. Finally, they would arrive at the hospital, and the nurses looked very shocked at the condition of this woman. One nurse even gave a confused look regarding why this woman with a broken ankle is so happy.
As the TikTok video comes to an end, the Missouri woman is getting asked basic questions by the medical professionals as a man states, “This is all being recorded, don’t worry.” The woman can be heard still cracking jokes on her way into the building, as at least her spirit was still intact, unlike her ankle bone. At the end of the day, this was a freak accident that could have been avoided, but at least everyone involved has a funny new story to tell.
