Kerry Washington welcomes daughter
Kerry Washington has welcomed the arrival of her baby daughter Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha, who is now two weeks old.
The Scandal star went underground and pulled off a tough feat by hiding out from the paparazzi when she went into labor. Kerry Washington has revealed her baby girl was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. April 21.
This is the first child for who was reported to have just signed the baby’s birth certificate last week according to TMZ.Washington, 37, and baby daddy former NFL cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, 32.
Scandal star avoids media drama during birth
Kerry Washington is best known for her role on the ABC drama Scandal where she plays Olivia Pope, a crisis management expert to the President.
Since the drama’s debut in April of 2012 the show has been one of the most talked about drama series on he social networks including Facebook, and Twitter.
The new parents were married last June.
