Loretta Stamos died on Tuesday and John Stamos took to Instagram to share the family’s sad news and a few heartfelt thoughts about his mother in touching memorial tribute stating “The love of my life passed away.”John Stamos, 51 posted the tribute on Instagram posting,
“Loretta Stamos – 1939-2014 The love of my life passed away yesterday in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren,” the former “Full House” star wrote Tuesday along with a sweet photo of the two of them from when he was a child.
“My mother had enough love to fuel a small country. She was truly one of a kind and will live forever in the hearts of all who knew her.”

“A few weeks ago, I asked my mom if she remembered an inconsequential event – she simply replied, ‘I only remember the love.’ #Brokenhearted #Iloveyouthemost.”

The Stamos family has asked ht those interested and in lieu of flowers of to to please donate to the charity that was founded by Loretta Stamos, the Vanguard Cancer Foundation.
At this time details of Loretta Stamos’ funeral arrangements are not known, all that is known is that the family has asked for privacy and respect during their time of grief while they unite together to mourn the devastating loss of the mother Loretta Stamos.
