Jenelle Evans has vowed to get her kids back stating “I love being a mother and David and I will get through this!” According to The Ashley, Jenelle, who has remained silent up until now appears very confident that her three children and David’s daughter will be returning home in the very near future.

Jenelle Evans stated to The Hollywood Gossip on Wednesday that she and husband David Eason are still together and have no plans to separate anytime soon.

As previously reported the former Teen Mom 2 star has had a crazy few weeks since her husband David brutally killed the family pet a french bulldog named Nugget after he claimed the dog snapped at their two-year-old daughter Ensley’s face.

TM2 fans are well aware that Jenelle took the children and left the family home in North Carolina following Nugget’s death. At the time she even stated that she was so upset that she was considering divorcing David.

However, per usual Jenelle and David’s dysfunctional marital past behaviors, Jenelle returned home to Eason after he claimed he needed help with his anger issues, agreed to go to counseling and would get a job.

CPS stepped in and removed Jenelle and David’s kids, Ensley is now staying with Jenelle’s mom Barbara Evans and brother Jace, while Kaiser is with his father Nathan Griffith and David’s daughter Maryssa is currently reported to be staying with her mother Whitney.

Evans and Eason have been battling the courts for the past couple of weeks without luck. Which is no wonder, reports of outbursts in court with Eason and new that the couple arrived at court with a gun obviously can’t be a plus in the eyes of the judge.

However, Jenelle states that she is doing everything by the book and just the way her attorney has advised.

“I don’t want to speak publicly on the matter currently as that will jeopardize the possibilities of getting my kids back.”

The judge denied the couple’s request and ruled that the kids will stay with their current caregivers on Tuesday. Jenelle and David were ordered to return to court next week to meet with the judge to learn the steps they must take in order to try to regain custody.

It has been rumored that the one thing that Jenelle Evans needs to do to assure the return of her children is the one thing she is not willing to do…leave David Eason.

“I love my kids so much and I will do anything necessary to get them back and that is all I want everyone to understand,” Jenelle said. “I love being a mother and David and I will get through this. We are staying strong and united.

“I ask everyone to have an open heart before they judge how the media is portraying me,” Jenelle said.

Surprisingly the normally outspoken David Eason has remained silent since the first court appearance. How long he will be able to keep his opinions and outbursts in check remains to be seen. Jenelle Evans at this time remains adamant in her choice to remain with David, which could find the two separated from their children for a considerable amount of time.
