Jenelle Evans has made a pretty incriminating remark concerning the safety of her children. Evans claims she is concerned her children are not safe in the care of her mother, because her brother Colin has a lengthy history with the police.
Jenelle Evans’s brother has extensive history with police
According to TMZ, who have obtained copies of Colin Evan’s police records. Officers have had eight separate interactions with him since February. The incidents include break-ins, trespassers and a claim someone was putting chemicals in his drinking water.
Strangely enough, Colin even listed David Eason as a possible suspect. No evidence was found supporting David’s involvement. Another report states that Collin approached her and begun accusing her of taking photos of Colin and his home, The woman was only taking photos in the woods and was advised by the police to leave the area.
There have also been numerous disturbance calls made to the Evans’ home by neighbors, one including someone inside the home throwing items and making threats.
Those close to David Eason and Jenelle Evans claim the couple has stated they will go to any lengths to regain custody of their children, even if it means exposing Colin as a potential danger to their children.
David Eason is scheduled to give his first testimony on Monday, July 1 when he and Jenelle Evans return to court. Many believe David Eason’s testimony could prove quite interesting considering it is no secret that Jenelle Evans’ husband deals with some major anger issues.

As previously reported, following David killing Jenelle’s dog, Jenelle returned to the couple’s N.C. home after David promised Jenelle Evans he would seek anger management and couple’s counseling.
Todate, it appears as if Jenelle Evans and David Eason are following the judge’s orders, It has been rumored that the couple can expect to wait several more months before expecting the courts to even consider reissuing custody of the children to Jenelle and David.
