According to E! Online, Shawn Hunter may be taking a wife. Maya could possibly get everything she’s wanted since first meeting Shawn when Cory’s BFF pops the question to her mother in next week’s all new episode.
In an all new “Girl Meets World” episode, Shawn will make the huge decision about his feelings for Katy and her daughter Maya, and will ask Katy to be his wife.
Is this the moment that Maya and viewers have been waiting for, or will Katy be apprehensive about tying the knot and settling down again, even if it is with the dreamy Shawn Hunter?
Meanwhile, as “Girl Meets World” fans chew on the news that Shawn may be getting engaged, other storylines will be settled in upcoming episodes. The show’s writers even confirmed that the gang will visit that same ski lodge where Cory met Lauren, the only other girl he ever really had feelings for other than Topanga. Perhaps, viewers will even get a glimpse of Lauren at said ski lodge. Now, that would be pretty crazy.

As Season 3 of “Girl Meets World” rolls on with Riley, Maya, Lucas, Farkle, and the rest of the gang adjusting to high school life, the future of the show is up in the air. Will there be a Season 4 for Disney Channel’s highest rated show, or will the plug be pulled?
Some fans are hoping that the series will move over to Disney’s sister station, FreeForm, so that there may be some more mature storylines ahead for the growing teens, such as sex, drugs, alcohol, abuse, ect.
