‘A Hot Mess’: Irate Ohio Mother Screams At Pizza Hut Worker For Poor Treatment Of Teenage Employee

While working in the service industry, many would be surprised at the number of strange encounters those employees often have. Typically, the customers are the ones making a fuss in those online videos, but not this time. This recently posted TikTok video shows an Ohio Pizza Hut employee allegedly harassing a younger staff member, who was said to be a minor. The clip has around 86K likes and 646K views as this angry mother confronts the rude Pizza Hut employee. 

The TikTok starts off with a little backstory written out on the screen. It explains the situation as the text reads, “If your child works at Pizza Hut on Hamilton and Main, her boss is belittling her and talking crap about her to her face.” What follows is the video of the Ohio mother addressing the situation very publicly. That video starts off with the woman telling the younger staff worker, “You do not have to let her treat you like that.” She also tells her to file a complaint with her company’s HR department. The woman also points out that her boss is like this, “Every time I come in here.” 

TikTok Gushes Over Ohio Woman As She Stands On Business

The TikTok comment section was then quick to take sides as many would flock to the video. “I would be so happy someone stood up for my daughter,” wrote one. Pizza Hut also commented, saying, “Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Would you mind sending us a DM?” One comment also compared the older employee to a “Hot mess.” Finally, somebody stated, “HR is NOT there to help the employees.” It would appear as though most, if not all, comments are in support of this woman and the younger staff member, and rightfully so. 

However, as the TikTok continues, the woman recording would finally face off against the younger staff member’s boss. This was the older woman who allegedly made her cry just moments ago. The woman recording then starts laying into the boss, telling her that she has her on video being extremely mean to the young woman. She also tells her multiple times that she will be going “Viral.” The two women then get into a small argument as the one recording starts announcing the situation very loudly. The long line of customers now has at least some notion of what’s going on as they all look on in confusion. 

The Ohio woman recording then threatens to get physically violent as she prepares to make her departure. The boss then states that this was none of the other woman’s business under her breath. Yet, the woman recording whips back around and yells, “It became my business.” She would then zoom in on the boss’s face as she tells her to “Smile.” The TikTok would be cut off following this, as hopefully that young woman’s situation improves.
