Aaron Judge’s girlfriend, Samantha Bracksieck, has pleaded guilty to DUI charges. According to TMZ, she cut a deal with prosecutors nearly a year following her arrest.

Bracksieck was arrested back in February when she was spotted in Scottsdale, Arizona for driving with her headlights off. Once she was pulled over, she admitted to drinking wine at Mastro’s Steakhouse before getting behind the wheel of her car.
Police ended up arrest her, which prompted her to name drop her famous on again, off again boyfriend. She revealed that was dating the New York Yankees slugger, and that it wasn’t a good look for his girlfriend to be arrested for drinking and driving.
However, this week Bracksieck signed a deal that allowed her to get the DUI charged down to a misdemeanor, and have the rest of the charges dropped.

She was then sentenced to 10 days in jail, although she ended up getting nine of those days suspended. She was then awarded time served for the one day that she spend behind bars following her arrest, meaning that she will serve no jail time for crime.
She was ordered to attend alcohol abuse screenings and pay more than $2,000 in fines.

“This girl is a jinx get rid of her. The last two seasons she has been around has been the worst of his career. Of course he didn’t play well knowing his girl is pleading guilty to a dui,” one person tweeted.
“No wonder Aaron Judge strikes out so much,” another wrote.
“Well now that he’s around to give her a ride for the next 6 months it makes sense,” a third comment read.
The news of Bracksieck’s DUI charge comes just hours after Judge’s team, The New York Yankees were ousted from the MLB playoffs by the Tampa Bay Rays.
The Rays won the American League Division Series three games to two, sending the Yankees home and setting them up for a series against the shamed Houston Astros. Meanwhile, The Yankees and Judge will go back to the drawing board after a shortened, and complicated 2020 season.
