‘Dancing With The Stars’: William Shatner Really Dislikes Nick Viall

William Shatner really doesn’t like Nick Viall.

“Dancing With The Stars” super fan, William Shatner, is not crazy about “The Bachelor” Nick Viall competing in Season 24. In fact, the former “Star Trek” actor spent much of Monday night encouraging “DWTS” fans not to vote for Viall and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd.

William Shatner took to Twitter to write a series of tweets about how fans should not vote for Nick Viall during his “Dancing With The Stars” run. “My goal for #DWTS is to knock Bachelor Nick out ASAP. Who is with me?” Shatner tweeted, along with many other messages in hopes of getting Viall booted off the reality dancing show quickly.

Nick Viall, who ended his run on “The Bachelor” last week after picking Vanessa Grimaldi in the dramatic season finale, seems to be a sore spot for William Shatner, who obviously is a fan of “Dancing With The Stars” and “The Bachelor.” Shatner seemed to imply that Nick was fame hungry, saying, “Leopards don’t change their spots. Don’t be surprised if he shows up again on paradise. I won’t be.”

Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd respond to William Shatner’s ‘DWTS’ diss

Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd only responded to William Shatner’s tweets with sad face emoji’s, but William was quick to reveal that he had nothing against Peta. “Peta, you know I love you. Congratulations on becoming a mommy. Just can’t cheer you on this season. Love to Maks & Shia,” Shatner tweeted to the “Dancing With The Stars” pro.

While Nick Viall didn’t score strongly during the “Dancing With The Stars” premiere, he wasn’t at the bottom of the leader board. That space was reserved for Chris Kattan, who scored the lowest out of all the celeb dancers. It seems Nick may be safe going into next week, but the competition is tough this season, so Shatner may get his wish after all.

Maks and Peta are returning to ‘DWTS’ as well!

Meanwhile, Simone Biles revealed that she wanted to be apart of “Dancing With The Stars” last season, but was unable to do so because of her gymnastics commitments. However, she’s officially signed on for Season 24, and as many fans know, gymnasts have fared well on the reality TV dance competition, so Simon has a great chance at the mirror ball trophy.

As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, “Dancing With The Stars” pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and fiance Peta Murgatroyd are also returning to the ballroom. The pair, who welcomed their first child, Shai, only weeks ago, announced on “Good Morning America” that they were both returning to the ABC series to compete against each other.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ news: Maks and Peta returning for Season 24!

“Dancing With The Stars” couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are officially returning for Season 24. The pair, who recently welcomed their first child together, son Shai, will be back in the ballroom, much to fans’ surprise.

According to OK! Magazine, Maks and Peta not only introduced the world to their new little bundle of joy during a recently appearance on “Good Morning America,” this week, they also made a very big announcement regarding “Dancing With The Stars.” The pair confirmed that they were both heading back to the reality dancing competition series for Season 24, even though it won’t be easy now that they’re parents.

Maks and Peta to compete against each other on ‘DWTS’

“This is the only difficult part about coming back, because it’ll just time away from being around this little dude,” said Maksim Chmerkovskiy. “But like I said, I just want to make her [Peta] coming back and winning as difficult as possible. Somebody has to cause the competition.”

Meanwhile, Peta added that she’s a bit nervous and excited to return to “Dancing With The Stars” after giving birth. The blonde beauty says she hopes her partner will be understanding throughout the process. “I think it’s going to be okay. I’m going to take it slowly, and hopefully I have an awesome partner to go through this with.”

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy & Peta Murgatroyd Kicked Out Of Lamaz Class

“Dancing With The Stars” pros Maks and Peta were kicked out of their first Lamaz class.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd may be fabulous dancers, but their Lamaz skills leave something to be desired. The “Dancing With The Stars” professionals took in their very first Lamaz class, but it wasn’t what they thought it would be.

According to Pop Culture Now, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd wer actually kicked out of their Lamaz class. Maks took to Instagram to document the moment, saying that Peta was definitely the worst student in the class.

“Lamaz class went……interesting. @petamurgatroyd was the worst student in class, but I don’t blame her cause it was a million hours long and we’ve been shown waaaaaaaay too much stuff! My hair is indicative of the ‘stuff’ we’ve witnessed,” the “Dancing With The Stars” pro posted on social media.

Maks and Peta’s Lamaz class debacle

“We got kicked out because Peta was misbehaving and not listening to anything,” Chmerkovskiy said in his Instagram video with a laugh, “That’s what happens. This baby’s gonna be a disaster.”

The “Dancing With The Stars” couple is expecting their baby boy in January, and are planning to walk down the aisle together a few months later in July. The pair have been very vocal about their pregnancy journey, and Peta even made a few appearances to watch Maks dance with Amber Rose on the most recent season of “DWTS.” Hopefully, the Lamaz class they attend next will go a little better for the expectant parents.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Semi-Finals: Perfects Scores and Elimination

‘Dancing With The Stars’ semi-finals brought a lot of perfect scores, and a sad elimination.

The “Dancing With The Stars” semi-finals were basically amazing. All of the remaining contestants, James Hinchcliffe, Calvin Johnson, Laurie Hernandez, Jana Kramer, and Terra Jole all brought their A-games to try to push through into the finals. Sadly, one of them didn’t make it.

READ: Ryan Lochte furious after ‘DWTS’ elimination

All the “Dancing With The Stars” couples danced two dances this week, including a trio dance where they took on not one, but two partners. James and Sharna danced the Argentine Tango and earned a 29 out of 30, later getting a perfect score for their trio dance of a Jive. These two fan favorite will be dancing in the finals next week.

Jana and her partner Gleb danced their first step as a Quickstep and earned a 28 out of 30. The pair then killed it in their trio Paso Doble dance, earning a perfect score.  Fans of Jana Kramer were thrilled when it was announced that she made it into next week’s finals.

Dancing With The Stars: Terra Jole eliminated in semi finals.

‘DWTS’ has their final four, but who will win the mirror ball trophy?

Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold got off to a bit of a rocky start when they earned only a 26 out of 30 for their first dance of a Tango. However, the two nailed their trio Salsa dance and earned a perfect score, which was enough to push them into next week’s finals as well.

Meanwhile, the remaining two “Dancing With The Stars” couples both earned perfect scores for both of their dances of the night. Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy danced an emotional dance in tribute to her late grandmother in which Laurie broke into tears, as well as a trio dance that featured Val’s brother, Maks, tying them at the leaderboard with Terra and Sasha.

This week marked the first time Terra Jolie earned perfect scores, and she did it twice! Unfortunately, Terra and Sasha just didn’t have enough votes and scores to get them into the finals next week, and fall short of the mirror ball trophy. However, Terra will be back to dance in the finals with Sasha next week as apart of the finale celebration.

‘Dancing With The Stars’: Ryan Lochte Furious Backstage After Elimination

“Dancing With The Stars” eliminated Ryan Lochte this week, and he wasn’t happy about it.

Dancing With The Stars” fans watched as Ryan Lochte was eliminated from competition this week. Ryan and his partner, Cheryl Burke, had been working hard to improve their scores, and even had a small victory just minutes before being given the boot from the reality dancing competition. Ryan accepted his elimination with grace on screen, but behind the scenes it was allegedly a different story.

According to Radar Online, Ryan Lochte was furious about being eliminated from “Dancing With The Stars” on Monday night. The Olympic swimmer is said to have freaked out backstage because he thought he was an actual front runner to win the mirror ball trophy during Season 23.

“After Ryan lost he freaked out backstage because he honestly thought that he was the one to beat,” a source close to production revealed. “On his way out, he snapped at one of the producers for no reason and he did not thank everyone,” said the source. “He stormed off set without even saying goodbye!”

Nobody sad to see Ryan Lochte leave ‘Dancing With The Stars’ says source

The source also goes on to say that Ryan Lochte started “Dancing With The Stars” with good intentions being humble, but ended by being “ungrateful” and “really cocky.” In fact, the insider claims that Ryan’s low scores over the past two weeks are because he’s been too busy looking for his next gig to focus on practicing! “Ryan was more interested in looking for his next gig then he was in rehearsing for the show and he kinda seemed to give up these past couple of weeks.”

Meanwhile, behind the set of “Dancing With The Stars” they’re allegedly not sad to see Ryan Lochte go. “No one was complaining because everyone pretty much shared the same sentiment. They are all just glad he is finally gone!”

‘Dancing With The Stars’: Amber Rose Dating Val Chmerkovskiy?

“Dancing With The Stars” contestant Amber Rose didn’t win the mirror ball trophy, but she may have won Val Chmerkovskiy’s heart!

Recently eliminated “Dancing With The Stars” contestant, Amber Rose, may be dating Val Chmerkovskiy. Val, the younger brother of Amber’s dancing partner, Maks Chmerkovskiy, is said to be getting friendly with Amber, and there are photos to prove it.

The budding couple celebrated Amber’s 33rd birthday with some PDA over the weekend. Amber kicked off her birthday weekend on Thursday evening with her best friend Blac Chyna. The friends hit the Flirt Cosmetics’ launch party in L.A. On Saturday, Rose hosted a private pool party followed by some fun at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.

Amber and Val: ‘DWTS’ Newest Couple?

Val Chmerkovskiy attended Amber Rose‘s pool party and the pair raised a few eyebrows with their friendly behavior toward one another. One sources told People Magazine that the couple met through Maks on “Dancing With The Stars” and that they really like each other! “They met through Maks and really like each other,” the source reveals. “It’s very new, but it’s going well.”

While the source claims that Amber and Val are just friends for now, it looks like they have a certain chemistry together, which could easily turn into a romance. If the two are hooking up, they certainly wouldn’t be the first “Dancing With The Stars” pair. Many professionals have dated the contestants and each other. Val’s older brother Maks is currently engaged to fellow pro dancer Peta Murgatroyd and the two are expecting a child together very soon.

Michael Phelps: From 2016 Olympics In Rio To ‘Dancing With The Stars?’

Michael Phelps is great at racking up gold medals in the Olympics, swimming, and just being an all around amazing athlete, but can he dance? Rumor has it that “Dancing With The Stars” has asked the Olympian to appear on the next season of the show.

Michael Phelps To Appear On ‘Dancing With The Stars?’

According to Hollywood Life, Michael Phelps is likely focused on nothing but winning even more gold medals at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, but when that’s over in a couple of weeks, will he try his hand at reality TV?

Dancing With The Stars” is reportedly trying to land the swimmer for the new season, which starts this fall. Athletes have usually fared well on the dancing competition, and have won multiple times. Michael could do very well, and even take home another pieces of hardware, the mirror ball trophy.

Phelps Not Into The Idea Of Reality TV

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Phelps is very interested in strapping on his dancing shoes. Sources claim he’s not into the idea of taking a spin on the dance floor, because all about that Olympic life, and doesn’t want to tarnish his legacy with reality television.

“Michael has been asked before [to do DWTS] and he was recently asked [to compete in] the upcoming season, and though he has considered it, he doesn’t want to do it; he wants his legacy to be in the pool and not on the dance floor.”

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Finale: Nyle DiMarco Wins Season 22

Dancing With The Stars” Season 22 officially has a winner, and it’s Nyle DiMarco. DWTS crowned it’s first ever def winner on Tuesday night, and fans were thrilled for Nyle and his partner, Peeta Murgatroyd.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 22: Nyle DiMarco Wins Mirror Ball Trophy

Nyle DiMarco was the “Dancing With The Stars” fan favorite right out of the gate. His story touched the hearts of millions of viewers, who loved his positive outlook and confidence.

In his final dance with Peeta, Nyle earned a perfect score for his fusion dance, which was a combination of the Cha Cha and Tango. However, it was his freestyle dance on Monday night that had everyone talking.

Nyle DiMarco wowed fans as he danced to the song “Sound of Silence,” and performed a moving contemporary dance with Peeta Murgatroyd. The couple won over the hearts of the viewers and judges. Carrie Ann Inaba called the dance the best she’d seen in the 22 seasons of “Dancing With The Stars.”

DWTS Season 22 Is Officially Over

MMA fighter Paige VanZant and her partner, Mark Ballas, who celebrated his 30th birthday on finale night, came in second place after also earning a perfect score on their final dance, and “Good Morning America” meteorologist Ginger Zee ended up in third place with partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 22: Best Premiere Ever?

“Dancing With The Stars” started off Season 22 with a bang on Monday night. Although the cast was criticized by many, the majority of the contestants came out ready and seemed in it to win it right off the bat.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 22 Premiere The Best Yet?

The scores were pretty high for the “Dancing With The Stars” Season 22 premiere this week. The 7 and 8 paddles were getting a workout as judges Len, Carrie Ann, and Bruno were (mostly) very happy with what they saw in week 1 of the show.

Kim Fields, known for her roles on “The Facts Of Life,” “Living Single,” and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and her partner Sahsa Farber came out swinging. Kim scored a 20 out of 30 and seemed extremely happy with her scores for the Cha Cha she danced.

Paige Van Zant, the 21-year-old blonde beauty UFC fighter strutted her stuff while dancing the Fox Trot with partner Mark Ballas. She was elegant and refined and earned herself a 21/30.

“Fuller House” star Jodie Sweetin was probably the early favorite among “Dancing With The Stars” fans before the show aired. She and her partner Keo Motsepe danced the Tanger and Jodie tore up the floor. The fans loved it and the dance earned her a 20/30.

Donald Trump’s ex-wife, Marla Maples danced a Quickstep with her partner Tony Dovolani and earned praise from the judges, and her partner who hasn’t had the best of luck in recent years. Marla scored a 21/30.

Boyz II Men singer Wanya Morris lit up the ballroom with his partner Lindsay Arnold. The pair danced a Cha Cha to his own song “MotownPhilly,” and scored the amazing score of 23/30.

New mom, and news anchor, Ginger Zee landed Val as a dance partner and it seemed to pay off. Ginger totally stunned fans with her high energy performance also earning a 23/30.

Nyle DiMarco stuns on Dancing With The Stars.

Nyle DiMarco Steals The Show During ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Premiere

Pittsburgh Steeler, Antonio Brown, also had a great “Dancing With The Stars” debut. He and Sharna Burgess danced their way to a 21/30 doing the Quickstep.

Current Superbowl MVP, Von Miller of the Denver Broncos, was the last to take a turn in the ballroom also earning a 21/30 with his partner Witney Carson after dancing a Fox Trot to “My House” by Flo Rida.

However, model and former “America’s Next Top Model” winner Nyle DiMarco stole the show! The model, who is completely def and has his trusty interpreter with him at all times completely shocked and amazed everyone. Even though he couldn’t hear any of the music or directly talk to partner Peta Murgatroyd he gave the most riveting performance which earned him a 23/30, tying him with a few others at the top of the leader board.

Unfortunately, not everyone had the best “Dancing With The Stars” debut. Former NFL player Doug Flutie, award-winning journalist Geraldo Rivera, and actress Mischa Barton found themselves at the bottom of the leader board with scores of 15, 13, and 16 respectively.

Someone will go home next Monday on “Dancing With The Stars,” be sure to tune in to ABC to find out who.

Mischa Barton Joins ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 22

Mischa is best known for playing the character Marissa Cooper on the Fox teen drama “The O.C.” alongside Ben MacKenzie, Adam Brody, and Rachel Bilson. However, decided to leave the show and was killed off in the Season 3 finale, changing the feel of the show. Now she’ll be joining the cast of “Dancing With The Stars.”

As a child actress, Mischa Barton appeared in films such as “Notting Hill” and “The Sixth Sense,” but after leaving “The O.C.” seemingly took a turn in her professional life as well as made headlines for allegedly hard partying. Recently, she’s been starring in a string of Indie films.

Mischa will join “Fuller House” star Jodie Sweetin, who confirmed earlier this week that she had joined the “Dancing With The Stars” cast and would be partnered with Keo.

Mischa Barton making comeback on DWTS?

‘DWTS’ Changes Coming

Things will be a bit different on “Dancing With The Stars” this year as there has been another change at the judge’s table. Julianne Hough will not be returning to the show, yet Len Goodman will be back in his seat as head judge on the ABC dancing competition.

Meanwhile, We know that Mischa Barton won’t be partnered with Derek Hough, as Julianne’s brother, and the most winning “Dancing With The Stars” pro has also confirmed he would not be appearing during Season 22. Instead, Derek will be appearing on Broadway in “Singing In The Rain.”

Will Mischa Barton be one of the front runners during Season 22, or even use “Dancing With The Stars” as a career comeback like many celebrities before her? Only time will tell, but we’ll be rooting for Marissa Cooper!

Sweetin, who is currently reprising her role as Stephanie on Netflix’s “Full House” spin off, “Fuller House,” announced that she was, in fact, joining “Dancing With The Stars” this season, and that her partner would be Keo Mostepe, during an appearance on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday.

“I’ve always loved to dance, and Stephanie was a dancer on the show, and I danced growing up. I have some experience. I have some rhythm,” Jodie Sweetin says of her decision to join “Dancing With The Stars.”

Candace Cameron Bure, who did very well during her time on “Dancing With The Stars,” gushed over Jodie Sweetin’s exciting new project and gave her full support to her on-screen little sister.

More ‘Fuller House’ To Come!

“I am so ready; I am more than ready,” Candace told E! News. “I am just there. I will try not to take over for her because I might nudge myself back onto that dance floor.”

Jodie Sweetin also revealed that her time with Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy on “Fuller House” helped make the decision about joining “Dancing With The Stars” a bit easier for her. (If you haven’t seen that episode head on over to Netflix right now!)

Meanwhile, Jodie Sweetin has more than just her “Dancing With The Stars” gig to look forward to. On Wednesday it was announced that Netflix had renewed “Fuller House” for Season 2.

Julianne Hough Out As ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Judge

Julianne Hough is saying goodbye to “Dancing With The Stars” yet again. The former pro dancer turned judge confirmed that she is leaving the show and won’t be back for Season 22.

Julianne Hough Out At ‘Dancing With The Stars’

Julianne Hough will leave “Dancing With The Stars” as a judge as Len Goodman, who stepped away from the show in Season 21, will return the ballroom. Julianne competed as a dancer for 4 seasons of the show and then returned as a judge for the seasons 19-21.

We’re told that Julianne left “DWTS” on good terms and that they expect her to be back in some capacity in the future. Meanwhile, Hough is fresh off her hit “Grease Live!” and is toying around with offers for movies and TV shows, which is likely the main factor that lead to her step away from “Dancing With The Stars.”

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Replacing Julianne Hough?

With Julianne gone will “DWTS” strive to fill her empty seat, or return to the 3 judge panel of old? If the show were looking to sign on another judge former pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy would be a great candidate as he’s a dancer, knows the process and the people well. Maks has also guest judged in the past. However, he has strong ties to the “Dancing With The Stars” cast. Maks, like Julianne Hough, has a brother, Val, who dances on the show as well as his fiance, Peta Murgatroyd.

“Dancing With The Stars” will return for Season 22 on March 21, but the cast list has yet to be revealed. Although it was rumored that Scott Disick may try his hand at dancing, “Fuller House” star Jodi Sweetin has all but been confirmed to the cast.

According to Gossip Cop, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd got engaged on stage in front of many of their “Dancing With The Stars” friends and family at the Olympia Theater in Miami. Maks told Peta, “I’m in love with you, and I will be in love with you for the rest of my life.” Peta, of course, said yes!

“Dancing With The Stars” fans are thrilled for Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd and hope to possibly see them dance together on a possible season of “DWTS” during a special moment for the couple. Although Maks has left the show, seemingly for good, Peta will likely be back in future seasons and danced a trio dance this season with Nick Carter and his partner Sharna.

From day one Bindi Irwin was a force to be reckoned with on “Dancing With The Stars,” and each week the 17-year-old continued to wow judges, fans, and her co-stars on the reality dance competition. Irwin brought a rare light and positivity to the ballroom that left people feeling happy and smiling just for having watched her dance.

Bindi beat out some stiff competition during her time on “Dancing With The Stars,” winning out over her finale competitors, Carlos PenaVega, who came in fourth place, Alek Skarlatos, coming in third, and Nick Carter who became the runner up to Miss Irwin. However, Nick was no slouch during his time on “DWTS.” The Backstreet Boy improved greatly throughout the weeks and rivaled Bindi’s finale perfect scores with all 10’s on his three dances as well. When it came down to it, it seemed that fans couldn’t bare the thought of Bindi Irwin leaving the show in any way but a champion.

With this latest win, Derek Hough has now won 6 mirror ball trophies with partners Brooke Burke, Nicole Scherzinger, Jennifer Grey, Kellie Pickler, Amber Riley, and now Bindi Irwin.
