‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Is The Soap Killing Off Nicole Walker?

“Days of Our Lives” fans have been watching as Nicole Walker has one close call after another, but will the NBC soap opera go as far as to kill off the character? As many viewers know, actress Arianne Zucker has announced that she will be leaving the show after 20 years of playing Salem bad girl Nicole. Could the show kill the character as a way for Zucker to exit?

According to TV Overmind, Nicole’s life is currently in danger yet again. Nicole has been kidnapped by Xander and Deimos, and it appears that things could get intense as she tries to escape her captor to get back to Brady, who has been shot and is fighting for his life. Fans are hoping that help will arrive for Nicole and her daughter, Holly, before it is too late. However, if Nicole isn’t killed off, she will be leaving the show in some capacity.

In recent years, “Days of Our Lives” has killed off many fan favorite characters such as EJ DiMera, Bo Brady, Will Horton, and Nicole’s fiance, Dr. Daniel Jonas. While it would be shocking to see Nicole Walker be killed off of the long running soap, fans know that “DOOL” has shocked us all with surprising deaths in the past. Also, fans who have been watching the show for many years know that just because a character dies, it doesn’t mean they won’t return from the dead. Multiple characters have returned from the dead numerous times, and it could happen again in the very near future.

The Inquisitr reports that rumors are swirling that EJ DiMera may be headed back to Salem. However, it doesn’t seem that James Scott would be reprising his old role, and that a recast would be in order for EJ to return. Meanwhile, Alison Sweeney will be returning for a 2-month stint as EJ’s wife, Sami Brady, which means that the rumors could be true.

What are your thoughts on the latest Days of Our Lives spoilers? Do you think the soap will kill off Nicole Walker?
