Lisa Marie Presley was spotted out in a very rare public appearance on the red carpet in Las Vegas with her son Benjamin Keough at the at the grand opening of The Elvis Presley Theater at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino.Fans were stunned to get a rare glimpse of 22-year-old Benjamin Keough as they stood in awe witnessing the uncanny resemblance the young man has to his late grandfather the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.
Lisa Marie Presley’s son’s uncanny resemblance to Elvis
Ben Keough, despite sporting bright aqua colored hair, also carries the very dominant Elvis Presley gene inheriting the famous pout and baby blues eyes that his mother Lisa Marie also dons. The resemblance is spooky to say the least, because given the year, if Ben Keough would dye his locks jet black he would be identical to his late grandpa, The King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley.
In fact, Lisa Marie Presley has also commented in previous interviews how much her son looks like her late father. In 2012 during an interview with CMT Lisa Marie Presley stated, “He does [look so much like Elvis]! He was at the Opry and was the quiet storm behind the stage. Everybody turned around and looked when he was over there. Everybody was grabbing him for a photo because it is just uncanny,” she explained. “Sometimes I am overwhelmed when I look at him.”

Ben Keough to fill Elvis’ shoes?
How strong Ben Keough’s musical talent runs is yet to be seen by Elvis fans as of yet, Lisa Marie Presley also commented that she was letting Ben “do his own thing,” revealing that she will support him wherever that takes him.Ben Keough is Lisa Marie Presley’s only son, she also has a daughter Riley Keough, 25, with ex-husband Danny Keough and twin six-year-old daughters, Harper and Finley, with husband Michael Lockwood.
Music fans today are wondering just how much Ben Keough does actually take after his talented grandfather the late Elvis Presley. Does it stop at the looks, or could it be that Ben also possess Elvis’ musical abilities? It would be interesting if Ben Keough should decide to take after his grandfather Elvis Presley, do you believe he would have the same impact today over female fans that Elvis Presley, did and still does to some point?
Do you believe that if Elvis was still alive today he would want Lisa Marie Presley’s son Benjamin Keough to follow in his footsteps, or would he advise against it?
