Farrah Abraham is back on “Teen Mom.” The MTV personality has confirmed that she’ll be back on the series when it returns for it’s reunion season after it was earlier announced the adult film star wouldn’t be joining her co-stars Catelynn Lowell, Maci Bookout, and Amber Portwood for the show.
Farrah Abraham Returning to ‘Teen Mom’
“There’s going to be lots of excitement from the ‘Teen Mom’ fans and MTV’s fan base as well, so I’m excited to be back!” she tells Us Weekly.
Last year it was announced that Farrah Abraham would not be returning to “Teen Mom” with her former co-stars because of her post reality TV career move to make a sex tape with porn star James Deen. The tape sold tons of copies and made Farrah over $1 million. Since that time Abraham appeared on VH1’s “Couples Therapy” alone after she claims her boyfriend bailed on her.
Farrah’s Return Created Drama With Other Cast Members
However, MTV has apparently decided to have Farrah back on the show. “I think they were more or less saying that there was more to my story that they really felt was missing from the ‘Teen Mom’ show, and I totally agree with them. I understand their point of view, and it was a funny situation to be in.”
“Teen Mom” creator Lauren Dolgen reveals that Farrah is coming back, and that created some serious drama among the other cast members, which fans will get to see during the season. “[The other cast members] know that she’s coming back, and it did create a little bit of controversy that will play out in the series.”
