Former ‘Partridge Family’ star David Cassidy sentenced to rehab

David Cassidy the former 70’s teen idol and star of the classic television show “The Partridge Family” has been sentenced to rehab for his DUI conviction stemming from a January, 2014 arrest.

On Monday a judge sentenced the former “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant to serve three months in rehab and five years of probation in a drunken driving case.

Steven Graff Levine, the attorney representing David Cassidy entered a plea Monday in a Los Angeles courtroom admitting that is client 63. year-old David Cassidy was driving under the influence when he was arrested in January after making an illegal turn.

The attorney also stated on Cassidy’s behalf that David has been in rehab and plans to remain longer than his sentence.

Cassidy reveals he is ready to comitt to his sobriety

It was also revealed that the former teen idol David Cassidy is very committed to his sobriety. and wants to break the cycle that got him arrested for drunken driving twice in less than six months.
