It’s always shocking when a celebrity dies, but when the situation surrounding those deaths are suspicious people tend to talk that perhaps a death was faked.

1.) Elvis Presley – It has long been thought that Elvis faked his death, and many convincing clues seem to be able to make a case that “The King” may actually still be alive. Many have claimed to have spotted him since his alleged death from a drug overdose in 1977.
- Many of Elvis’ belongings went missing during the time of his death including family photos, jewelry, cars, and an airplane.
- Elvis’ middle name “Aron” is misspelled on his tombstone.
- Many mourners at Presley’s funeral claim Elvis’ body did not look like Elvis. It’s speculated that the body in the casket was wax.

2.) Tupac Shakur – Tupac was killed in 1996 at the height of the East Side and West Side wars.
The rapper was the victim of a drive by shooting. However, some fans believe he faked his death and living in Honduras. Tupac’s former friend, Suge Knight says he has no idea if the rapper is alive or dead, and that no one saw his dead body. Suge also claims that he paid a man $3 million to cremate Tupac’s body because his mother “wanted it done quickly,” and that after that the man “retired” and dropped off the face of the Earth — no one can find him.

The wordsmith is said to still be penning rap lyrics for the best in the game today, and to have produced the short film “Tupac is Not Dead” under an alias.
3.) Michael Jackson – MJ’s death rocked the world. No one saw it coming, and in fact, we were just getting used to the fact that Michael was back with a huge sell-out final tour.
However, MJ, was pronounced dead in June of 2009 from cardiac arrest suffered during a drug overdose. Currently, Michael’s former doctor, Conrad Murray is serving time for administering the fatal dose of the drug.
Some say that Michael used the money from his tour to get out of financial trouble, and the money that his estate is now making would be what he currently lives on in hiding if he were to have faked his death. After a tumultuous life in the public eye, did MJ just finally have enough?
4.) Jim Morrison – The famed Doors singer reportedly died of a heroin overdose in Paris in 1971.
However, it’s been widely rumored that the famous troubled singer didn’t “break on through to the other side,” but faked his own death.
Multiple people close to Jim have said that he was the type of person who would fake his death. Besides having the means, and interest, Morrison was also facing jail time at the time of this death.

5.) Andy Kaufman – The comedian and former “Taxi” star publicly stated that he would love to fake his own death, and play the ultimate joke on the world, and his fans.
Kaufman reportedly died from lung cancer in 1984. 20 years later in 2004, a man surfaced online claiming to be Andy Kaufman.
So, what would the older version of Andy being doing now? Well, rumor has it he’s living in New Mexico, and may still be as funny as ever.

Paul McCartney is a super famous musician, and one time member of the biggest rock band ever — The Beatles! However, rumor has it that McCartney was actually killed in a horrific car accident in 1966, and fearing for their band, the Beatles, and others found the winner of a Paul McCartney look alike contest, and turned him into the new Paul.
Later, John Lennon allegedly placed many clues about the real Paul McCartney’s death in songs and album covers.
