Is “Twilight” star Ashley Green the newest frontrunner to play Anastasia Steele in the “50 Shades of Grey” movie? Ashley, who plays vampire Alice Cullen in the “Twilight Saga” films certainly looks the part, and is the right age, but is she in the running to be cast, and if so, who should be her Christian Grey?

Ashley Green has proven to be a favorite among fans. However, “50 Shades of Grey” author, E.L. James may want the movie to stay away from any “Twilight” connections. Other women rumored to be considered for the part are Nina Dobrev, Mila Kunis, and Alexis Bledel.
