Lindsay Lohan arrested after tweeting about Amanda Bynes

Was Lindsay screaming all the way to jail this morning that she is being treated unfairly, while Amanda Bynes is free to break all the laws she pleases?

The Manhattan police stated that Lohan was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident after she allegedly clipped an innocent pedestrian while attempting to park her Porsche Cayenne.

The reports states that Lindsay was maneuvering her vehicle at a very slow speed while parking near the Dream Hotel, when she allegedly bumped the knee of an unnamed 30-year-old man, who was walking by.

Lindsay’s auto incident took place in Manhattan around 2 a.m. Lindsay was traveling with companions who got out and looked at LiLo’s car, then all including Lindsay headed inside the hotel according to witnesses on the scene.

The celebrity news site reveals that someone outside the Dream Hotel called the authorities, telling them that Lindsay Lohan was inside the hotel, who were waiting for the actress when she walked out around 2:30 a.m. to arrest her.

The NYPD reports reveal that Lindsay Lohan was booked at a nearby police station for leaving the scene of an accident, which is a misdemeanor charge, issued a desk appearance ticket and sent on her way.

The man that claims that Lindsay Lohan struck him with her car, has been reported to have been hospitalized. This new arrest could cause some bigger issues than just paying a fine, and damages to the man she clipped, but could result in a probation violation in Lindsay Lohan’s jewelry theft case.

As recently reported Lindsay Lohan Tweeted about Amanda Bynes recent crimes asking her followers, “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?”

It is a safe bet that as Lindsay Lohan was arrested this morning that same question popped into her head, and most likely out of her mouth once again.
